Position Details:
Salary: $50,000.00 annually
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:55 am - 5:00 pm, Some Evenings & Weekends
Work Location: Warminster, PA with some travel to Bristol, PA and Philadelphia, PA

In This Role, You Will:
Plan and execute campaigns and donor events
Implement marketing and social media strategies
Responsible for the development of all marketing materials
Responsible for implementation of direct mail campaigns
Manage organization website(s)
Attend and assist at external outreach opportunities

Ideal Candidates:
Have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or events
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe or similar)
Familiar with social media platforms and website content tools
Possess excellent writing and editing skills
Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Thrive in mission-driven environments and are eager to grow in a non-profit setting
Can obtain the necessary background checks and clearances required

In this role, you will:
Coordinate and plan parenting programs and activities
Manage program resources including procurement of materials, management of program supplies and program volunteers
Drive growth in client participation through consistent outreach, follow-up, and program engagement strategies
Ensure that women who chose life receive and complete family services assessment
Record client interactions accurately

Ideal Candidates:
Are passionate about creating transformative programming for mothers and children
Are personable and can engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting environment
Are professional and able to maintain personal boundaries
Are organized and able to create structure within their work
Have 2+ years of experience in program coordination
Bilingual (Spanish), preferred but not required

Facilitate pregnancy tests and options sessions
Create personalized action plans and connect clients with resources
Provide ongoing care from first visit through one year post-birth
