Position Details:
Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:55 am - 5:00 pm, Very Occasional Evenings & Weekends
Work Location: Warminster, PA
In this role, you will:
Convert inbound calls into scheduled appointments
Respond to calls and messages promptly
Increase appointment show rates through effective client follow-ups and confirmation
Complete client services data entry assignments

Work Location: Rotates between Bristol, Warminster & Philadelphia, PA
In this role, you will:
Build trust and offer compassionate support to women in crisis
Facilitate pregnancy tests and options sessions
Create personalized action plans and connect clients with resources
Provide ongoing care from first visit through one year post-birth

Have 2+ years of experience in direct client service or related work
