   Ultrasound Technician  

Position Summary
Pro-life non-profit organization seeks a Crisis Pregnancy Ultrasound Technician. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Save lives while you work! This position is very unique because the candidate must be certified in obstetrical ultrasound and have a passion for providing life-affirming assistance to women facing an unplanned pregnancy.

The Ultrasound Technician's main role is to conduct ultrasounds, but will have the additional responsibility of assisting with all the different facets of the crisis pregnancy center. Job opportunity works different days in Bristol Bucks County and Center City Philadelphia.

Job Title: Development Coordinator

Reports To:  Director of Development

Overview of Role: 

This role has a direct impact on saving the lives of babies and strengthening families by:

  • Using digital marketing to ensure the mission and message of the Foundation generates interest, support, involvement, and donations 
  • Planning, preparing, and executing our annual fundraising event
  • Managing monthly appeal process including email and direct mail campaigns

Job Functions:  

  • Articulate the mission of Legacy of Life Foundation by living by example the Core Values in thought, communication, and action
  • Provide digital marketing support and direct supervision of digital/social media and video production contractors who support foundation website, social media updates and fundraising event marketing promotions
    • Oversee website content updates
    • Ensure all social media is regularly updated
    • Work monthly with family services staff to secure testimonials. 
    • Work with vendor to produce video testimonials on an annual basis
    • Oversee overall development of marketing materials such as flyers, event invitations, signage, and sponsor recognition
  • Plan, prepare, and execute annual fundraiser and one thank you event
    • Full project management of event including:

Scheduling Coordinator

Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator 

Reports To: Manager of Client Services 

Overview of Role: 

Often the first point-of-contact, the Scheduling Coordinator plays an important role in creating  a welcoming connection and controlling the messaging to encourage abortion-minded women  to take the first step by scheduling an appointment.  

Through positive messaging and consistency in follow up such as reminders and appointment  confirmations, the Scheduling Coordinator prompts the woman to take action to attend the  scheduled appointment. 

Major Goals: 

  1. Ensure when a woman reaches out (online or via telephone) an appointment is scheduled  within 24-48 hours 
  2. Consistently follow up with each woman scheduled to help ensure she keeps the  appointment 
  3. Ensure timely collection and reporting of daily data matrix 

Toughest Parts of the Job: 

  1. Scheduling for multiple center locations with a priority on all 
  2. As the primary source of data, ensuring accuracy so all reports generated are thereby  accurate 

Job Functions:

o Monitor chat function of online booking software during normal business hours Maintain multiple spreadsheets / data matrix to: 

o Enter data for each appointment and client such as: call records, nickname, number  of pregnancy tests performed, women who choose life, appointment no shows, etc. o Run reports on a scheduled basis 

o Review reports, check for accuracy and point out discrepancies 

o Provide accurate and timely reports to Client Services Manager 

  • Supply data for Client Services monthly board meeting reports 
  • In the clinic where the scheduler is based, welcome clients and expedite check in process:  o Help with client intake paperwork  

o Make a copy of client’s ID 

  • Each day, run reports to ensure accurate data for scheduled appointments Support advertiser needs by gathering data and providing key data highlights to advertisers, so they continue to fund marketing efforts to reach abortion-minded women Each day, compile praise and prayers request and load into Mail Chimp 
  • Monthly, create new email chain for praise and prayer requests 
  • Monitor security cameras throughout the day and alert suspicious activity as needed Resolve routine issues, establish work priorities, and make decisions within established  guidelines and authority 
  • Regularly attend team meetings and voluntarily participate in internal committees Take an active role in assisting with a minimum of three outreach events (i.e.: parish/faith  center engagement for Star Barn, Baby Bottle Campaign, Donor Cultivation events, Phone-a thons, etc.)  
  • Participate in day and evening Center tours by sharing client services role, as requested Attend annual Star Birthday Party to celebrate lives saved

Donor Service Specialist

Reports To:  Director of Development

Overview of Role: 

The Donor Services Specialist ensures each individual and organization that donates to Legacy of Life Foundation has an excellent experience and maintains the integrity of the data within the donor database.

Job Functions:  

    • Articulate the mission of Legacy of Life Foundation by living by example the Core Values in thought, communication, and action
  • Ensure donations are correctly processed and entered in database accurately in a timely manner 
  • Promptly process online donations
  • Process incoming mail on a routine basis 
  • Open, record donations in database and deposit donations
  • Distribute other mail as appropriate
  • Create a positive donor experience by acknowledging receipt of the gift (online or via mail, drop off, etc.) within 48 business hours. 
      • Personalize acknowledgement letter and mail to donor
      • Prepare materials to include with new donor packets
      • Perform gratitude calls
      • Notify appropriate leader to send handwritten note per established protocols
      • Alert Executive Director of larger donations for proper acknowledgement
  • Look for ways to automate processes used in processing and tracking donations as well as ensuring a positive donor experience

 

    • Ensure accurate gift recognition fulfillment such as memorial wall plaques
      • Notify plaque vendor and share appropriate information
  • Generate reports to assist leadership in evaluating fundraising effectiveness and donor retention

  • Document, update, and maintain cash handling and gift processing protocols. Work to ensure organization-wide compliance
    • Manage office supply levels at individual location
    • Complete purchase form and submit to purchasing in a timely manner
    • Participate in foundation events (such as open houses, tours, campus, and church events, etc.) to help promote financial giving and volunteer opportunities
  • Attend all fundraising events and support client events
  • Initiate, grow, and sustain meaningful professional relationships among colleagues and constituents

Project Coordinator

Job description

This role has a direct impact on saving the lives of babies and strengthening families by ensuring we have the volunteers needed to successfully meet the needs of the community. This includes supporting the volunteers with training and creating their connection to our mission. Another critical component of this role is scheduling meeting with current and prospective donors to ensure the best-possible donor experience resulting in donor commitment.

Job Functions: 

o Ensure volunteers are effectively recruited, trained, retained, and connected with Legacy of Life Foundations mission

  • Meet with college organizations for opportunities to speak with students and promote volunteer opportunities
  • Find opportunities to host volunteer recruiting events
  • Partner with local businesses and community groups to share volunteer opportunities
  • Work with development coordinator to ensure volunteer opportunities are promoted on social media and website
  • Recruit volunteers to work in Parenting Program

o Manage the day-to-day volunteer experience including: 

  • Ensure volunteers have materials and training needed for that day's activities
  • Create a positive relationship with the volunteer
  • Recommend ways to enhance the volunteer experience to recruit and retain volunteers

o Grow donor relationships: 

  • Prospect for donors by attending outreach events and lead tours. Make timely follow up calls following event attended and tour led to capitalize on volunteer opportunity

  • Ensure each parish has what they need prior to the bottle drive
  • Fill each speaking opportunity slot with a volunteer for all bottle drives
  • Schedule a volunteer to retrieve bottle drive donations and materials for return to Legacy of Life Foundation
  • Assist when needed, by speaking at bottle drives and being on-site during roll out
