Development Coordinator

Position Summary

Qualifications: Three to five years of successful fundraising experience. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

   Ultrasound Technician  

Position Summary
Pro-life non-profit organization seeks a Crisis Pregnancy Ultrasound Technician. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Save lives while you work! This position is very unique because the candidate must be certified in obstetrical ultrasound and have a passion for providing life-affirming assistance to women facing an unplanned pregnancy.

The Ultrasound Technician's main role is to conduct ultrasounds, but will have the additional responsibility of assisting with all the different facets of the crisis pregnancy center. Job opportunity works different days in Bristol Bucks County and Center City Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate genuinely loves people and possesses impeccable organizational skills. Compassion and sensitivity are essential to this position. We are seeking a self starter with exceptional confidence.    Executive Personal Assistant  

Position Summary

We are looking for an AMAZING, full-time Executive and Personal Assistant to the Executive Director. The Executive and Personal Assistant's role is to stay five steps ahead of their leader, tracking all the administrative details, and clearing the path for her to best utilize her gifts and talents to further the mission of our organization. The most important responsibility of the Assistant is to ensure that administrative tasks and projects a4re completed with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, sense of urgency and positivity to support the Executive Director's initiatives. Her schedule is demanding and fluid and thus the Executive and Personal Assistant must be adaptable, extremely organized, and able to multi-task.

Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years’ experience supporting executive(s). Full time Exempt Position: We offer excellent salary and benefits.

Core Responsibilities
1. Complex calendar management and scheduling (both personally and professionally)
2. Varying personal and professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking appointments, coordinating travel, ordering gifts, working with board of directors and outside professional contractors
3. Meeting preparation including preparing agendas, meeting materials, printed reports, and arranging catered meals
4. Email management and communicating on the Executive Director's behalf
5. Working with members of the management team, board of directors and benefactors
6.Assisting the Executive Director with the engagement, cultivation, and solicitation of current and new donors/benefactors and in all fundraising efforts

Working Conditions
Position will work primarily from Legacy of Life Foundation offices in Bristol, PA. Utilizes office equipment including laptop. May sit for extended periods of time. Required to work daytime, and/or evening and weekend hours as necessary.

Be Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, iPhone, and work management software, such as, as well as donor database software. Must also be able to use general office equipment including a smart telephone, computer and/or laptop, copy machine, scanner, fax, and calculator. Be an excellent communicator both with written and oral form. This candidate must have the ability to anticipate needs and work with minimal direction.

The Advocate will have a passion for providing life-affirming assistance to women facing unplanned pregnancy. The job opportunity is in both Center City Philadelphia and Bucks County and the candidate must be flexible traveling between both centers during the week.

The primary focus of this position is to develop relationships of trust and compassion for the client and advocating her needs by creating a plan for her assistance with resources and material goods.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to client advocacy (abortion alternatives, non-therapeutic informational and life coaching), case management, pregnancy testing, coordinating ultrasound services, and establishing referral relationships with local community.

This position entails a 6 week on the job training orientation.

Donor Service Specialist

Position Summary
Are you a motivated, self-starter that is detailed oriented and enjoys communicating with people with a passion for the pro-life movement? Join our team of pro-life warriors helping women with unplanned pregnancies to choose life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Maintaining the donor database with excellence and ensures data integrity
2. Depositing of charitable contributions through our check scanning system
3. Generating acknowledgement letters for all monetary and in-kind donations
4. Performing agency gratitude calls and handwritten note protocols are accurately and
consistently followed in a timely manner
5. Generating donor database reports as requested

Qualifications: Associates degree or higher preferred and/or 2-3 years of success in donor data management with a passion for the pro-life movement. Expertise in mainstream donor database, i.e. Raiser’s Edge, Bloomerang, Donor Perfect, Salesforce or the like. Proficiency with online donor research tools is a plus.
