Director of Development

Make a difference by leading efforts to save lives and support families. As our Director of Development, you will help design and implement a data-driven fundraising strategy, lead a dedicated team, and inspire supporters to join our mission. This role is an excellent opportunity for a fundraising professional with solid development experience who is ready to step into a leadership position. Position Details:
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:55 am – 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)

In This Role, You Will:
Partner with Leadership:
Collaborate with the COO and CEO to build a development program that has seen year after year growth.
Drive Team Success: Inspire and guide the development team to meet and exceed fundraising goals through clear strategies and accountability.
Build Lasting Relationships: Manage a portfolio of high-impact donors by building meaningful connections and completing ‘asks’ on behalf of the mission with a focus on year over year retention and generation of new leads for major gift opportunities.
Work with organization leadership to determine the annual fundraising strategy.
Develop a skilled, mission-aligned team passionate about driving life-changing work.
Strengthen major donor relationships through management of an individual portfolio.
Expand Community Engagement through digital platforms, social media and materials.


Ideal Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience and a passion for the pro-life mission.
Key Skills: Proven success in relationship-building, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Tech Savvy: Skilled in Microsoft Office and donor database management.

Development Manager

Make a difference by helping save lives and support families through excellent execution. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. Alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. As our Development Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational engine of the development department. This role focuses on implementation, systems, and follow-through. You will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure that campaigns, communications, events, and donor processes are executed accurately, on time, and with excellence so the organization can grow and serve more families.

This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented development professional who is strong in systems, coordination, and execution and who thrives in a mission-driven environment.

Position Details:
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:55 am – 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)

In This Role, You Will:
Execute the Development Plan:
Implement campaigns, appeals, events, and donor communications as designed by leadership.
Own Development Operations: Manage the mechanics of fundraising including timelines, calendars, task tracking, and cross-team coordination.
Data & Systems Management: Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM; ensure gift entry, acknowledgments, reporting, and data integrity are timely and correct.
Campaign Support: Coordinate mailings, digital campaigns, events, and follow-up workflows from start to finish.
Team Enablement: Support the Development team by keeping projects organized, removing operational friction, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Reporting: Produce standard development reports and dashboards for leadership and the team.
Vendor & Production Coordination: Work with printers, mail houses, and other vendors to ensure materials are produced and delivered on schedule.
Process Improvement: Document and refine development workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.

Ideal Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2–4 years in nonprofit development, advancement services, or operations.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
Comfortable working in databases/CRMs and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing and Events Specialist

Donor Experience Coordinator

This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key donors. The Donor Experience Coordinator will engage donors through regular phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and attendance at networking events. They will work closely with the fundraising team to support the organization's mission and goals.

Client Services Advocate
