Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned, high-level, Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO. This role is ideal for a discreet, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-centric environment and who is committed to supporting the CEO so she can focus on strategic leadership, fundraising, and organizational growth. The Executive Assistant will consistently stay several steps ahead, ensuring administrative operations run flawlessly, with confidentiality, precision, and a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Complex calendar and schedule management (personal and professional), including prioritization and conflict resolution
Coordinate domestic travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries
Manage high-volume email and communications on behalf of the CEO with discretion and professionalism
Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, printed reports, and coordinate meeting logistics (venues, AV, catering)
Serve as a primary liaison with the Board of Directors, COO, management team, benefactors, and external contractors
Support donor engagement, cultivation, and solicitation efforts alongside the CEO and development team
Manage varied personal and professional administrative tasks (appointments, gifts, vendor coordination)
Anticipate needs, exercise independent judgment, and take initiative to drive projects to completion

Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years supporting C-suite / CEO level executive(s) in a demanding environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and professional presence
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, work-management platforms, and donor database systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fluid schedule
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information; strong emotional intelligence and a positive, can-do attitude
Self-starter who anticipates needs, acts proactively, and leads with initiative
Alignment with Legacy of Life Foundation's Catholic mission and -values is essential
Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation

Position Details:

Marketing and Communications Specialist

rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. You do not

Marketing and Communications Specialist implements marketing and digital media
strategies, manages marketing materials, manages the organization's social media and
website(s), and assists with planning and executing campaigns and donor events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Implement marketing and social media strategies
 Responsible for development of all marketing materials
 Responsible for management of direct mail campaigns

Qualifications:
 Have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or events

Senior Donor Relations Manager

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. You do not
need to be Catholic to apply, but alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. 

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser who enjoys getting to know donors, building genuine relationships, and connecting people with a mission they care about. The Senior Donor Relations Officer will manage a portfolio of major donors and prospective donors, develop strategies for strengthening those relationships, and secure significant gifts to support our work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of major donors and prospective donors
Build strong, long-term relationships through personal meetings, calls, correspondence, tours, and events
Create and carry out individual plans for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors
Personally ask for and secure major gifts
Meet established fundraising and donor activity goals
Identify and qualify new major-gift prospects
Build a strong pipeline of donors with the potential for increased engagement and giving
Prepare donor proposals, correspondence, meeting materials, and stewardship reports
Keep donor records, contact reports, next steps, and gift opportunities current in the CRM
Work with organizational leadership on donor meetings, strategies, and solicitations
Track portfolio progress and provide regular fundraising updates and projections

Participate in occasional evening and weekend donor meetings and events
Assist with other development activities as needed

Qualifications:
At least five years of fundraising, major-gift, donor-relations, sales, or similar relationship-building experience
A record of successfully cultivating relationships and securing significant gifts or financial commitments
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect comfortably with a wide range of people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good judgment, discretion, accountability, and self-awareness
Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
Ability to manage a donor portfolio, balance multiple priorities, and work toward measurable goals
Experience working with a donor database or CRM
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Genuine alignment with our pro-life mission and respect for our Catholic identity
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

Client Services Advocate

our pro-life mission is essential. Our Client Services Advocates provide direct support to
clients through information sessions, follow-up calls, and completing accurate
documentation of client progress.

Ultrasound Technician

position is responsible for conducting ultrasound sessions with clients, maintaining
documentation, and providing backup support to other client services.

 Provide the ultrasound sessions for viability following the abortion information
session
 Maintain documentation and ensure medical adherence
 Provide back-up support for sessions, phone coverage, appointment scheduling,
and administering pregnancy tests.

Qualifications:
 Certificate of completion from an accredited ultrasound program
 Minimum 1-year relevant experience performing ultrasounds
 Strong interpersonal skills with ability to foster trust and build relationships
 Ability to work effectively with a diverse audience
 Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate reliable information
 Uncompromising morals, ethics, and integrity to maintain confidences in all
matters
 Independent with good judgement and decision-making ability
