Marketing and Communications Specialist

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers
navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit
rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. You do not
need to be Catholic to apply, but alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. Our
Marketing and Communications Specialist implements marketing and digital media
strategies, manages marketing materials, manages the organization's social media and
website(s), and assists with planning and executing campaigns and donor events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Implement marketing and social media strategies
 Responsible for development of all marketing materials
 Responsible for management of direct mail campaigns
 Manage organization website(s)
 Organize, attend and assist at external outreach opportunities
 Assist with planning and executing campaigns and donor events

Qualifications:
 Have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or events
 Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe or similar)
 Familiar with social media platforms and website content tools
 Possess excellent writing and editing skills
 Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
 Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
 Heart for mission-driven work and alignment with our pro-life values

Position Details:
 Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
 Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:55 am – 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends

Donor Relations Manager

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers
navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit
rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. You do not
need to be Catholic to apply, but alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. This
position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key
donors. The Donor Relations Manager cultivates relationships with major donors,
expands the donor base, and secures significant financial gifts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Manage and cultivate major donor relationships
 Network to increase the number of donors
 Meet or exceed major gift financial goals
 Expand donor base and secure major gifts

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in major gift fundraising and donor relations with a track
record of successful fundraising results
 1-3 years of general development and/or nonprofit experience
 Strong ability to form and maintain relationships
 Familiarity with CRM platforms
 Good written and verbal communication skills
 Strong organization skills
 High sense of accountability and self-awareness

Client Services Advocate

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies. The Legacy of
Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-

our pro-life mission is essential. Our Client Services Advocates provide direct support to
clients through information sessions, follow-up calls, and completing accurate
documentation of client progress.

 Build trust and offer compassionate support to women in crisis
 Facilitate pregnancy tests and options sessions
 Create personalized action plans and connect clients with resources
 Provide ongoing care from first visit through one-year post-birth

Qualifications:
 Are great listeners and communicators
 Thrive in mission-driven environments
 Have 2+ years of experience in direct client service or related work
 Are eager to be trained and supported in a clinical setting

Ultrasound Technician

Overview:

position is responsible for conducting ultrasound sessions with clients, maintaining
documentation, and providing backup support to other client services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
 Provide the ultrasound sessions for viability following the abortion information
session
 Maintain documentation and ensure medical adherence
 Provide back-up support for sessions, phone coverage, appointment scheduling,
and administering pregnancy tests.

Qualifications:
 Certificate of completion from an accredited ultrasound program
 Minimum 1-year relevant experience performing ultrasounds
 Strong interpersonal skills with ability to foster trust and build relationships
 Ability to work effectively with a diverse audience
 Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate reliable information
 Uncompromising morals, ethics, and integrity to maintain confidences in all
matters
 Independent with good judgement and decision-making ability
 Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
