Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!
St. Patrick was known for teaching about the Trinitarian God! The One God in Three Divine Persons, The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!
Today we have a crisis in our world, nation, communities… because of the Coronavirus.
Today we are called to remember our Baptism.
The Power we have in Jesus Christ - to pray for healing and miracles!
While most people are afraid of the virus spreading…we are called to continue to spread the Good News of the Gospel in our words and actions!
I am writing to you today to let you know that our care for women and children in crisis and danger of abortion is not ceasing!
+We are taking every precaution and following the guidelines of the authorities for health care- CDC.
+We are making sure to supply our mothers who chose life with an ample supply of diapers and baby supplies and whatever they need during this time.
+We are answering our phones 24/7.
+We are sanitizing our centers to make sure that pregnant mothers will be able to return when allowed.
+We are using this time to follow up with women who need our help, and we have instituted online support and all the measures of technology available to continue to save lives and transform families and minister to the women who still need us and our Legacy of Life Foundation family!
+We are hopeful and confident that...
GOD HAS A PLAN!
HIS PLAN IS PERFECT and just what we ALL NEED right now in our world and in our families!
I am so grateful for the women who work at the Legacy of Life Foundation who I must say are the most compassionate and hard working women I know! The LOLF staff is not sitting back, but pressing on… creatively working to continue to serve the women and children!
We want you to know, especially volunteers and donors, that you are still saving lives and transforming families, and that you are making sure that the most amazing staff is still at work! We are praying for all of you!
We pray that you are safe and that your families remain in the hands of God! Let’s all take this time to do what might feel different for us -- to be open to God’s will for us!
Let’s pray more -- let’s pray for each other. Let’s spend more quality time with family and friends -- even if it means over the phone or computer! Let’s THANK GOD for this gift of time!
And while it is tempting to be afraid during these uncertain times, especially when we tune-in to TV and hear that there are more cases of the virus or deaths, or the stock market is dropping... Let us be wise and prudent but not fearful for our God will provide for ALL we need.
And ALL THIS IS DURING LENT! Many sacrifices to offer to Our Lord and Our Lady!
Let’s praise and thank Him that when this is all over, He will have made us richer in grace and mercy and blessings!
And let’s all join together, remember, and pray the prayer of St. Patrick, from the Trials of St. Patrick:
Christ with me,
Christ before me,
Christ behind me,
Christ in me,
Christ beneath me,
Christ above me,
Christ on my right,
Christ on my left,
Christ when I lie down,
Christ when I sit down,
Chist when I arise,
Christ in the heart of every man who thinks of me,
Christ in the mouth of everyone who speaks of me,
Christ in every eye that sees me,
Christ in every ear that hears me.
God Bless,
-Marie
